Golden Valley Modern

This home located in Golden Valley, MN is designed with modernist ideals of simple forms that are heavily detailed. River Heights followed this approach with an orthogonal layout of the plant beds to further compliment the home's design. The collaboration of the landscape and home is evident throughout - from the circular roof detail, allowing for a tree to grow through, to the use of wispy fescue grass which softens the crisp, rectangular form of the home. River Heights use of various plants and textures helps soften the home's modern aesthetic, giving the new space a timeless feel.
